The Grosseck-Speiereck ski area, due to its outstanding elevation as high as 2400 m above sea level, is able to offer reliable snow conditions from the end of November until after Easter! Grosseck-Speiereck "Adventure Mountain" is a family-friendly ski area with true quality! The mountain can be reached from Mauterndorf as well as from St. Michael.

Mauterndorf serves as a base for four ski areas (Grosseck / Speiereck, Katschberg / Aineck, Fanningberg and Obertauern). Mauterndorf Ski Center is about a 5-minute drive from our youth guesthouse. Whether you are a beginner, more experienced or even a pro, gloriously groomed slopes, as well as firn and deep-snow hills, await you.
